Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.

• A guardian confirms legal authority to manage a minor player’s data.
• Accounts may not be shared or used to impersonate another person.
• We may suspend misuse or materially misleading registrations.

Winners Academy provides training, follow-up, evaluations, program administration, and selection-day workflows. Sporting evaluations are guidance and may change as a player develops.

• Payment or registration does not guarantee selection, a professional contract, or a transfer.
• Club names and crests do not imply a partnership unless formally announced.
• Final sporting decisions remain with coaches and selecting organisations.

Users remain responsible for uploaded photos, videos, and documents and grant the academy limited permission to process them for the requested service.

• Do not upload people without permission, unlawful material, or unnecessary sensitive information.
• Platform lessons may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
• We may remove content that breaches these terms or endangers users.

Prices, duration, benefits, and attendance terms are shown before confirmation. Online payments are processed by the payment provider; some transfers may be reviewed manually.

• Cancellations and refunds follow the stated program terms and applicable law.
• Schedules may change for operational or field reasons, with notice to registrants.
• Subscriptions activate only after payment confirmation or approval.

Users must respect players, parents, and staff and must not misuse the platform or access another person’s files. Report content or conduct that may threaten a child’s safety.

We may update services and these terms and will publish a new version date. We provide the platform with reasonable care and are not responsible for sporting decisions or events beyond our control to the extent permitted by law.
