Data we collect
We collect information needed to create accounts and manage the player journey.
- Account and contact details including name, email, phone, wilaya, and commune.
- Player details including birth date, height, weight, position, preferred foot, category, and branch.
- Photos, documents, selection videos, and lesson submissions uploaded by users.
- Attendance, subscriptions, evaluations, notes, progress, and results.
- Transaction status and references; we do not store payment-card numbers.
How we use data
We process data to provide requested services and keep the platform secure.
- Manage accounts, profiles, programs, attendance, and payments.
- Allow authorised coaches and staff to evaluate and follow players.
- Send service, schedule, payment, and result notifications.
- Improve the platform and measure campaigns when optional tracking is enabled.
Children and parental authority
A parent or authorised legal guardian must create or supervise a minor player’s account. Children should not submit personal data, photos, or videos without their guardian’s knowledge and permission.
- Guardians may request access, correction, or deletion of the child’s data.
- Player materials are limited to authorised people for training, administration, and evaluation.
- Promotional publication involving a minor requires appropriate separate permission.
Service providers and sharing
We may share the minimum necessary data with trusted processors that operate the service.
- Chargily Pay for payment processing.
- Google when Google sign-in is selected.
- Meta Pixel and Conversions API when campaign measurement is enabled.
- Hosting, email, and technical-storage providers. This is not a sale of data.
Retention and security
We retain data while needed to provide services and meet accounting or legal duties, then delete or anonymise it. We use role-based access, protected file delivery, and reasonable technical controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to unnecessary processing, subject to legal and financial record duties. You may also restrict optional measurement tools through browser settings when enabled.
