Child Safeguarding, Photo and Video Policy

The guardian is responsible for accurate player data and permission to register, upload material, and join programs or selection days.

• Guardians manage their children through the parent account.
• Children should not be asked to share passwords or upload alone.
• Contact details must remain current for important notices.

Videos must focus on sporting performance and be recorded in a safe, appropriate place.

• Do not expose identity documents, home addresses, school details, or unnecessary sensitive data.
• Obtain permission from other clearly visible people.
• Never upload changing-room or other private-space footage.
• Stop recording if the player is uncomfortable or physical safety is at risk.

Uploads are used for the player profile, performance review, selection, or lesson completion according to the chosen service.

• Operational consent does not automatically permit public advertising.
• Prominent promotional use of a minor requires appropriate separate consent.
• If automated or AI analysis is introduced later, we will explain its purpose and provider and obtain any required consent before use.

Access is limited by role and need to the guardian, authorised player, coaches, reviewers, and authorised technical administrators. Minor-player material must not be downloaded or shared outside the service purpose.

Report inappropriate material, unauthorised use, or conduct that threatens a child immediately. We may suspend access, preserve necessary evidence, and contact guardians or competent authorities where appropriate.

A guardian may withdraw optional consent or request deletion of a photo or video unless limited retention is required for a dispute or legal duty. Withdrawal does not invalidate lawful processing completed before the request.
